近日，龍合智能與龍巖學(xué)院合作共建的“福建省焊接質(zhì)量智能評(píng)估重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”（以下簡(jiǎn)稱實(shí)驗(yàn)室）順利通過(guò)福建省科技廳的驗(yàn)收并獲得授牌。

“福建省焊接質(zhì)量智能評(píng)估重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”是由我公司牽頭與龍巖學(xué)院物理與機(jī)電工程學(xué)院合作共建的省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，旨在為我市乃至我省機(jī)械制造企業(yè)提供機(jī)械產(chǎn)品焊接內(nèi)在質(zhì)量管控所遇到的“痛點(diǎn)”問(wèn)題，在超聲波無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)、紅外無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)、質(zhì)量評(píng)估的圖像化與智能化等三大方向開(kāi)展實(shí)用性、創(chuàng)新性研究和共性、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題攻關(guān)。經(jīng)過(guò)3年時(shí)間的建設(shè)，實(shí)驗(yàn)室取得了豐碩的成果：先后承擔(dān)省廳級(jí)核準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)；為包括福建易動(dòng)力科技、龍巖暢豐汽車(chē)、龍巖衛(wèi)東新能源、龍凈環(huán)保、龍巖海德馨、廈門(mén)金龍旅游車(chē)等10余家企業(yè)提供包括焊接工藝診斷、焊接技術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)等無(wú)償技術(shù)服務(wù)，培養(yǎng)國(guó)際焊接技師1人、國(guó)際焊工32人；實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究成果實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)化2項(xiàng)，即：金屬結(jié)構(gòu)焊縫超聲無(wú)損檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和汽車(chē)懸掛點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)等。
